The special design of the evaporator bottom combined with several extras in the condensing unit makes it possible to cool very small quantities of milk without the risk of condensation or ice.
The evaporator consists of two independent parts, each connected to a small compressor. The evaporator in the middle at the bottom can be switched on to start the cooling process, even if there is no milk in the tank yet.
The intelligent refrigerator avoids freezing of the milk! The temperature is measured and before it reaches the level that a danger of icing arises, the compressor is switched off automatically. The second evaporator / compressor is switched on automatically as soon as enough milk is in the tank.
