The new round or square GM
ETSCHEID milk cooling vats are reliable, space-saving,
energy-saving and therefore economical.. All milk cooling vats:
- are made of stainless steel all round
- their size and direct expansion surface are finely balanced
provide rapid and gentle cooling of milk, using direct expansion and pressurised coolant
circulation are equipped with agitator for
gentle operation and automatic agitation
- are equipped with agitator for gentle operation and automatic
agitation after cooling
- incorporate electronics for precise process control
- feature multi-circuit refrigeration
- to ensure safe cooling
- are equipped with c.f.c.-free insulation
